Stable Color Inks were created and formulated by SOBA, Stable Color pigments have been researched and field tested to ensure quality and workability. From bright solid fields to pastel hues and muted painterly tones. These inks are formulated for maximum flexibility, achieving the result you desire. Stable Color ink is made up of powder pigments, distilled water, 99% pure glycerine, and 99% ISP alcohol.
