Holy shit, Its been a minute!

Damn I cant believe its been almost 6, no wait 7 weeks since I last made a blog post... well actually that makes me very happy, as it means i just didn't have time...

I have been a very busy man over the last 6 weeks, for 4 of those weeks I was entertaining and road tripping around South Africa with Thomas Morgan (L.A) and Shon Lindauer (N.Y.C)

This was a very eye opening and inspirational trip, inspirational to make shit happen and get on the map, I think driving through South Africa in my beat up Renault I realized

how far off the map I am, but not just me there is more to it... or do i mean less? fuck I'm not sure, but i am sure things are changing, and its the cliche of "get the fuck on or stay behind", far behind. But more on this later... full write up on this coming ASAP with photos

Egoli... Jozi... Jo'Burg... The Burg... Home Town

I will be traveling up to Jo'burg from the 8th - 15th of September to meet with some shops and work along and learn from some good people... i am excited...

i have not really been "back" to Jo'burg for the past 4 years, I convinced myself that i dont like it there... who the fuck was i kidding... dont get me wrong Cape Town is the RADDEST city in SA... but Jo'burg has something... i dont know what, but lying in bed last night and thinking about the place of gold, sparked a sense of longing and enthusiasm that I have not felt in a very, very long time... its going to be good to go back home, for a week only.

If any shops need some product from L.H.S please let me know before hand, I'll bring it with me so it will save you the courier cost!

I made two more switches, for left and right footed tattooers err...

The round pod foot-switch is only partially made by me, the casing is from a old switch and the rest was modified and rewired by me... pretty dope, i will be selling this one as the standard L.H.S foot-switch and will have more in stock by the end of the month in brass and silver, and will keep them in stock, they come with a 6 month warranty, unlike the custom made switches that have a lifetime warranty ... mail me at info@lighthousesupply.co.za if you are interested...
